You have probably found yourself here for one of two different reasons. You either stumbled across it or you are one of the many friends and family that allowed Emma Zen to be your life. Either way, here it goes. To begin with the story of Emma Zen is probably best laid out in social media, please visit us at at Debra Jo Chiapuzio or Emma Zen Foundation. Here we are going to keep it simple.
When one passes we feel the need the show our support and in memory of our namesake, Emma Zen Chiapuzio, here are some suggestions in how you can honor her life. I, Debra Jo, would like to say; "thank you" for the number of well wishes I know I will be receiving. Many of you have my personal cell number and anyone these days can message us on facebook and instagram as well. What I "know" you will understand is that my cell is off. I just can't do it right now it hasn't even been 24 hours. I am lost.
I have lived a life that most only dream of. Mourning is natural, however when I see with a clearer heart I know that I had the honor to live with the one you know, as a hero. I am forever grateful. Forever changed. Forever in her debt.
As I was told this morning, "Emma's name will live on with the legacy we created", and that running the Emma Zen Foundation lets that happen in a real way. Lori, "thank you."
This is not good-bye, you are forever a part of me!
