This video is designed for first responders and should be used for training purpose only on the use of Pet Oxygen Masks. It gives you the parameters in which to establish protocol of use. First responders are anyone trained and employed as a Firefighters, EMT's, Paramedics, Police Officers and other Emergency Medical Personal. This video is not intended to instruct any non-emergency personal. This video in no part teaches or instructs the general public on pet first aid or CPR.
